The general guidelines for the issuance of visas do not provide for the issuance of visas for job search, professional internships or independent workers. Due to the above, you must have a previously agreed upon job offer or project for the issuance of the corresponding visa.

A foreign person who intends to stay in Mexico for more than 180 days to participate in an activity or project must meet the requirements of the type of visa to which their case can be adjusted:

A.- Temporary resident visa for economic solvency:

When it is a foreign person who will be transferred to a Mexican company without receiving any remuneration in Mexico, and their payroll will continue to be paid from a Spanish company, for which they have worked for at least six months or have savings or investments during the last twelve months from the submission of your application.
